Building an amazing team with help from our ‘Recommend a Friend’ scheme

There is boundless demand for home health care and we aim to find the best people for the job and create a thriving environment for them to work. We take it as a compliment when members of our team refer us to their friends and have found some of our most committed employees come through a personal recommendation.

In addition, who is better placed recommend people they know and to share their experiences, than our carers? They know how important and rewarding their work is, as well as the difference it makes to people’s lives.

We know how compassionate, dedicated and inspiring our current team is, so we are sure they know some equally wonderful people who would align with our value system.

As our way of saying thank you, we will award you £150 for every new person our employees recommend who joins our team and successfully completes their first three months with us.* There is no limit on the amount of people that can be recommended so the more recommendations, the greater the payment!

Terms and Conditions

^{Referrals must be made in writing to The Private Care Company at jobs@theprivatecarecompany.co.uk stating your full name and the name of your friend as well as mentioning the referral scheme. The recommended friend must successfully complete a minimum of three months’ work with us after which point we will issue the £150 payment. The Private Care Company reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion.}
